Official Result Settlement

Every bet settles according to the final score or outcome published by the league, tournament organiser or officiating body. We check the official result within minutes of the event ending, and your account balance updates as soon as settlement is confirmed.

Postponement & Void Rules

If a fixture is postponed, abandoned before completion or a player withdraws, we follow the void-and-refund rules outlined in our sportsbook terms. Pre-match bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned; live bets may settle based on the score at abandonment, depending on the sport and market type.

Parlay Leg Adjustments

When one leg of a parlay is voided due to postponement or abandonment, we remove that leg and recalculate your combined odds using the remaining selections. Your stake stays the same, and the adjusted payout reflects the new odds. If all legs void, the entire parlay is refunded.

Stake and Payout Transparency

Every bet slip shows your stake, the current odds, the potential payout and the market close time before you confirm. Once confirmed, those details lock and appear in your bet history with a unique bet ID you can reference in support chat if you need to query the outcome.
